The results of the staff satisfaction survey highlighted the need for more productive meetings – particularly standing meetings. As we continue to grow and work remotely, it would be helpful if all staff could be mindful of how to manage meetings and email, to ensure we do not overwhelm ourselves, and our wonderful colleagues.
